| 摘 要： | 毛叶枣是云南省农业科学院热带亚热带经济作物研究所最早从国外引种栽培的热带果树之一。干热区种质资源标准化整理、整合及共享项目组,在品种改造过程中发现芽变单芽——金粟枣,其植物学特征、产量与长果形毛叶枣差异不大,但果实品质方面的可食率、果实硬度、果实耐贮藏期、蛋白质含量、Vc含量、总糖含量明显高于当地种植的高朗1号、滇刺枣、圆果形毛叶枣、长果形毛叶枣品种,是值得推广应用的优良芽变单芽。

| Abstract: | Zizyphus incruva is one of tropical fruits that was imported by our institute in the early stage.Our team found this sport type-Jinsuzao during variety transforming.We found that this type was similar with female parent Zizyphus incruva(long type) in botany characters and yield,but it was superior to other varieties that were planted locally in edible rate,firmness of the fruit,storage life of fruit,protein content,Vc content,total sugar.So we think this type is worthy to popularize and apply. |
