摘    要:以辣椒为材料,探讨红、蓝、绿、白4种光质在辣椒离体培养过程中对愈伤组织诱导及分化的影响.结果表明,红光和白光有助于辣椒愈伤组织的形成,愈伤组织诱导率达100%;在红光条件下芽的分化率最高,达85%,白光次之,蓝光和绿光则对芽分化有抑制作用;光质条件对辣椒不定芽伸长的影响显著,白光下芽伸长率最高,达50%绿光抑制芽的伸长;不同光质对辣椒不定芽生根的影响不显著.

Abstract:Light quality plays an important role in some processes of morphogenesis and development in plant tissue culture. We investigated the effect of light quality on tissue culture of Capsicum annuum. The results showed light quality has greatly influenced callus induction,bud differentiation and elongation. Red,white,blue and green light could induce callus induction,and the highest frequency of callus induction was 100% under red and white light;The bud differentiation of Capsicum annuum is the highest under red light while blue and green light inhibits its differentiation. The highest frequency of bud elongation could be up to 50% under white light but only 20% under red light. Blue light and green light inhibit the bud elongation. Adventitious root initiation was not obviously influenced by any light quality. These results proved that light quality was a key factor for Capsicum annuum's callus induction and differentiation.
