| 摘 要： | 为了探索考前焦虑的保护性人格因素及其作用机制,在开学1周内用青少年学生自立人格量表和特质焦虑量对296名中学生进行了调查,2个月后的期中考试前用状态焦虑量表对同样的被试再次进行调查,并做了相关分析和路径分析.结果发现:①人际独立、个人独立和个人主动与2个月后的考前焦虑显著负相关;特质焦虑与2个月后的考前焦虑显著正相关;②特质焦虑在人际独立、个人独立和个人责任对2个月后的考前焦虑的预测中起到完全中介作用.可以认为,自立人格特质是焦虑的保护性人格因素,特质焦虑是自立人格特质影响考前焦虑的中介因素. |
