摘    要:目的]探讨“同期发情定时输精”技术在不同群体中的实施效果,提升郏县红牛和夏南牛的繁殖效率,发挥地方良种的繁殖力。方法]试验以100头郏县红牛和198头夏南牛为研究对象,采用戈那瑞林和PG 079同期发情方案对其进行处理,分析同期发情定时输精效果。结果]100头郏县红牛的平均受胎率为76.4%,198头夏南牛后备母牛的受胎率为100%。结论]同期发情定时输精处理的后备牛受胎率高于经产牛。

Abstract:Object]The purpose of this experiment is to explore the implementation effect of "synchronous estrus and timing insemination" technology in different groups, to improve the reproductive efficiency of Jiaxian Red Cattle and Xianan cattle, and to give play to the fecundity of local improved breeds. Methods] 100 Jiaxian Red Cattle and 198 Xianan cattle were treated with gonarelin and PG 079 oestrus at the same time, and the effect of synchronous estrus and timing insemination was analyzed. Results]The results showed that the average conception rate of 100 Jiaxian Red Cattle was 76.4%, and that of 198 Xianan reserve cows was 100%. Conclusion]The results showed that the conception rate of reserve cows treated with synchronous estrus and timing insemination was higher than that of menstrual cows.
