山西省蔬菜灰霉病菌营养体亲和性及菌丝融合群的初步研究

摘    要: 采用对峙培养和显微观察方法,对采自山西晋中、运城、临汾、长治、大同等5个地区的92个灰霉病菌单孢菌株进行了营养体亲和力测定。结果表明:供试的92个菌株,根据其营养体亲和性初步划分为7个不同的菌丝融合群(AG1、AG2、AG3、AG4、AG5、AG6、AG7),而且不同地区融合菌群的分布存在一定差异。晋中分布有4种类型(AG1、AG2、AG3、AG4),运城3种(AG1、AG3、AG5),临汾4种(AG1、AG2、AG3、AG6),长治4种(AG1、AG2、AG5、AG7),大同3种(AG2、AG3、AG6),其中AG2分布最广、数量最多,为山西境内分布的灰葡萄孢菌的优势菌群。

Abstract:Vegetative compatibility was determined in 92 isolates of Botrytis cinerea Pers. collected from Jinzhong, Yuncheng, Linfen, Changzhi and Datong in Shanxi Province by confront culture and observed under microscope. The results showed that 92 isolates could be classilied into 7 different anastomosis groups (AG1, AG2, AG3, AG4, AG5, AG6, AG7) according to the vegetative compatibility and incompatibility. Four of the anastomosis types were distributed in Jinzhong (AG1, AG2, AG3, AG4), 3 types in Yuncheng (AG1, AG2, AG5), 4 types in Linfen (AG1, AG2, AG3, AG6), 4 types in Changzhi (AG1, AG2, AG5,AG7) and 3 types in Datong (AG2, AG, AG6). AG2 was a prevailing group and was widely distributed in Shanxi Province.
