制订福建柏种子品质等级标准的探讨

<正>福建柏Fokienia hodginsii(Dunu)Henry et Thoms(简称建柏)是我国的特有树种,树形美观,树干通直、生长较快、适应性强、材质优良,很受群众欢迎,是很有发展前途的用材树种。近几年来许多省区要求我省支援种子。为适应当前林业生产发展的需要,保证和提高种子质量,科学合理地组织种子生产和供应工作,提高种子经营水平,为造林提供更多的良种。省林业厅提出制订我省建柏种子品质等级标准,供生产和经营部门在种子收购、调拨、贮藏时运用。

AN APPROACH TO SETTING THE GRADE STANDARD OF THE SEED QUALITY OF FOKIENIA-HODGINSII

This paper indicates that, of those many factors for measuring seed quality, the germination rate, purity and moisture content of seeds are the main factors. In setting the grade standard of the seed quality of Fokienia hodginsii, germination rate and purity are determined by means of mathematical statics respectively, moisture content being taken as controlling standard for grade value. This method would not only ensure the seed quality, but also be simple and available. The grade of the seed batch is generally determined either according to the principle of "taking the lowest value" or by means of "grading and sub-grading".The proposed regression equation of the germination rate and elite percentage of the seed can be used as a reference for purchasing the seed on site.
