我国21世纪农业用水危机与节水农业

摘    要:21世纪我国农业用水将面临现有工程效益衰减,缺水程度继续增大;全球气候变暖加重北方地区用水紧张状况;水质污染越来越严重威胁供水量和用水安全性;大农业内部争水矛盾不断加剧等严重问题。解决这一危机的重要途径是发展包括工程节水措施、农艺节水措施和管理节水措施的节水农业。在实施节水农业过程中则应根据西北干旱、半干旱地区、华北半湿润、半干旱地区和东北半干旱、半湿润、高寒地区的各自不同特点,因地制宜地发展并采用相应的技术体系。

Abstract:It is predicted that in the next century, water shortage in agriculture will be aggravated by the decrease in the capacity of existing projects, the warming up of the climate and water pollution which threatens service discharge and water quality. The competition for available water supplies will be intensified. To overcome the crisis, the agriculture of water saving irrigation should be developed which involves such sectors as hydraulic projects, farming and management. To popularize water saving irrigation, different regions should develop appropriate techniques and management in line with their own distinctions.
