硝酸钙对番茄氯化钠胁迫下的缓解效应

摘    要:为探索减轻番茄遭受盐胁迫的影响,研究了硝酸钙对番茄遭受氯化钠胁迫的缓解作用。结果表明:在氯化钠浓度相同时,不同浓度的硝酸钙对盐胁迫的缓解效应差异较小。0.05%的硝酸钙就可有效增强番茄的SOD活性,缓解氯化钠对番茄种子萌发过程的干扰,保障番茄根系的细胞分裂与生长,同时提高幼苗的叶绿素含量,促进叶片光合作用过程,保证番茄幼苗的细胞生长与物质积累,使番茄对氯化钠胁迫的可适应性从0.3%提高至1.0%。
