| 摘 要： | 运用DEA的C^2R模型和C^2GS^2模型同时对灌区绩效进行评价，不仅分析了各灌区规模效益，而且探讨了纯技术效益情况，找出了DEA无效的灌区存在的问题以及问题的原因，为灌区的管理提供有一定理论基础且行之有效的方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the C~2R model and C~2GS~2 model of Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) were used to evaluate the benefit of irrigation district.Not only the scale benefit was analyzed,but also the pure technical benefit was discussed,and the existing problems and reasons of irrigation district without DEA benefit were found.This will provide practicable management method with theory basis for the managers of irrigation district. |
