香烟烟雾对雄性小鼠生育能力的影响

为了研究香烟烟雾对雄性小鼠生育能力的影响,将40只C57BL/6J雄性小鼠随机分成烟雾处理组和正常对照组,将2组雄性小鼠分别与未经处理的母鼠一对一交配。统计观察亲本小鼠睾丸组织学改变、精子总数、活动精子比率,以及子代小鼠的平均产仔数、存活率等。结果发现,烟雾处理2周后,子代小鼠的平均产仔数比对照组的低26.03%,仔鼠存活率(吸烟组为87.96%,对照组为93.84%)低6%;精子总数(1.26×105个/mL)和活动精子比率(36%)均分别低于对照组(2.13×105个/mL)和(71%),二者间呈现显著性差异(P<0.001和0.05);组织切片HE染色结果显示:处理组小鼠睾丸组织的正常结构遭到破坏,变得松散,其中的精子数量减少,形态异常。结果表明,香烟烟雾可引起雄性小鼠睾丸组织生精功能障碍,出现精子减少、精子形态异常等病理变化,导致子代出生数和存活率下降。

Effects of Cigarette Smoke on Fertility in Male Mice

In order to study the effects of cigarette smoke on fertility in male mice,we divided forty C57BL/6J male mice randomly into smoke-treated and control groups,both of which were mated with the normal C57BL/6J female mice separately.The parental testicular histological changes,the total number of the sperm,the survival rate of the sperm,as well as the average birth number and the survival rate of the parental mice were observed and analyzed.The result is that the average birth number of the off-springs of the smoke-treated mice is 26.03% lower than that of the non-smoke-treated mice;the survival rate of the smoke-treated mice(87.96%) is 6% lower than that of the non-smoke-treated mice 93.84%);The total number of the sperm(1.26×105/mL) and the survival rate of the sperm(36%)of the smoke-treated mice are both lower than that(2.13×105/mL,71%) of the non-smoke-treated mice,which appears a significant difference(P=0.001 and 0.05).The result of the tissue sections with HE staining shows that the normal structure of the testis in the smoke-treated mice was destroyed,leading to loose structure,reduced sperm number and abnormal morphology.These date show that cigarette smoke can cause problems in spermatogenesis of the testis in male mice,with the pathological changes of reduced number of sperm and increased abnormal sperm,with the result of reduced number of births and survivals in the off-springs.
