| 摘 要： | 针对高校图书馆、档案馆（简称LA）物业管理工作当前存在的问题．比较几种高校LA物业管理社会化模式的优缺点表明，高校LA物业管理必须走专业化运作道路，并给出具体的实施方案和操作流程。

| Abstract: | Aiming at current existing problems of real estate management in university library and archives (LA), the paper has compared the merits sand shortcomings of a few socialization models of real estate management, pointed out a specialized socialized operation path for the real estate management of university library and archives, and puts forward the procedures of actual implementation and operation. |
