| 摘 要： | 对给宽体金钱蛭自然资源的保护和大面积提供理论依据，研究了敌百虫、硫酸铜与硫酸亚铁合剂、生石灰3种常用鱼对宽体金线蛭的急性毒性作用。结果表明，3种药物对宽体金线蛭96h的半致死质量浓度（LC50）分别为1．55，2．68，108．74mg/L；安全质量浓度（Sc）分别为0．155，0．268，10．874mg/L。3种药物对宽体金线蛭的毒性由强至弱依次为：敌百虫、硫酸铜与硫酸亚铁合剂（5：2）和生石灰。

| Abstract: | To provide theoretic basis for the protection and large scale breeding of Whitmania pigra , the acute toxicity test of trichlophonus, the mixture of cupri sulfas and ferrosi sulfas, and calcii oxydum to leech ( Whitmania pigra ) were carried out. The results show that the semi lethal concentration ( LC 50 ) of 96 h is as follows:1.55,2.68 and 108.74 mg/L,and the safety concentration ( Sc )0.155, 0.268 and 10.874 mg/L. The toxicity of the 3 medicines decrease in the following order:trichlophonus>the mixture of cupri sulfas and ferrosi sulfas> calcii oxydum |
