摘    要:目的]对新疆顶冰花属5种早春短命植物的叶表皮微结构进行了比较观察。方法]利用光学显微镜结合扫描电镜技术,测量并统计了叶表皮细胞和气孔器的一些参数。结果]新疆顶冰花属植物叶表皮多由长细胞、短细胞、气孔器细胞、乳突和刺毛等结构组成,气孔呈椭圆形或长椭圆形,虽然属内种间整体系统特征是相近的,但叶表皮细胞和气孔的微结构表现出一定的差异。结论]植物的许多局部细微形态特征对部分种的划分有一定的分类学意义。

Leaf Epidermal Micro-morphology Structures of 5 Gagea Species from Xinjiang

Abstract:Objective] The comparative micro-morphology of the leaf epidermal of five species of Gagea Salish from Xinjiang was investigated.Method] Some indexes of epidermal cell and stomatal apparatus were measured and counted under light microscope(LM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Result] The leaf epidermis were consisted of long cells,short cells,stomatal cells,papilla and stinging hairs,etc.The stomatal apparatus were oval or oblong oval.The micromorphology of epidermal cells and stomatal apparatus were somewhat different among different species in genus Gagea,although overall characteristics were similar.Conclusion] Many micromorphologies of epidermis had certain meaning for the classification of species of Gagea.
