中国转基因作物产业化分析

伴随着经济全球化和世界人口的不断地增长,转基因作物产业化对全球的经济、社会、环境起了重要的影响。中国作为转基因作物种植面积400万hm2的发展中大国,转基因作物产业同样对经济、社会和环境起重要作用。文中对中国转基因作业产业的现状及研究状况进行了分析并提出:在中国转基因作物产业化未来的发展中,要加强转基因作物研发能力;构建以企业为主体,市场为导向,形成和完善生产、加工、销售一体化的转基因作物产业体系;强化转基因作物安全管理,完善生物安全评价体系和转基因作物的科普工作。中国做好转基因作物产业化不仅能保障粮食安全,而且能产生巨大的经济、社会和环境效益,为中国可持续发展战略提供不竭动力。

Analysis on Commercial Production of Genetically Modified Crops in China

Along with the continuous growth of economic globalization and world population, commercial production of genetically modified crops （GMC） played an important role in the global economy, society and environment. As a developing country, China planted 4 million hectares GMC in 2012. Commercial production of GMC had the same role as the global commercial production of GMC. The status and research of GMC in China was analyzed. In the development of commercial production of GMC in the future, China government should strengthen steadily ceaselessly the research and development ability of GMC, construct the effective commercial production of GMC that were the enterprise as the main body, the market as the guidance, the formation and perfection of the production, processing, sales integration system eommereial production of GMC. Meanwhile, China government should strengthen steadily ceaselessly the safety management of GMC, improve the biological safety evaluation system and strengthen the popular science of GMC. China completes the commercial production of GMC not only can guarantee nation food security, but also can produce great economic, social and environmental benefits. In a word, the commercial production of GMC will provide an inexhaustible motive force for the sustainable development strategy in China.
