超数排卵对奶牛产奶量及繁殖能力的影响

用FSH+PGF_(2)对16头黑白花奶牛进行超数排卵处理。超排前4d和超排1～10d日均产奶量差异不显著(P>0.05)。超排采胚后1头因年老淘汰,1头冲胚时发现患有慢性卡他性脓性子宫内膜炎进行治疗未配,其余14头冲胚后发情正常,人工授精后均妊娠,和正常牛发情配种妊娠率无差异。超数排卵对奶牛产奶量及繁殖能力无影响。

Effects of Superovulation on Milk Production and Reproductivity of Dairy Cows

Sixteen Holsteins were treated for superovulation with FSH + PGF2a. Four days before superovulation and 10 days after superovulation,there was not any significant defference in daily milk production (P>0. 05). After embryo collection,one cow was eliminated due to its older age, another cow was not mated at all because some catarrhal abscess endometritis was found in the animal,the other fourteen donor cows had normal estrus,and were all in conception after artificial insemination. There was not any defference in estrus,mating and conception rate of the cows which were not treated for suprovulation. The results showed that superovulation has no effects on milk production and reproductivity of dairy cows.
