生姜粉与中草药复方联合应用对高温环境下蛋鸡生产性能及抗氧化性能的影响

摘    要:为探讨不同剂量生姜粉与中草药复方联合应用的抗热应激效果,选择264只25周龄健康状况良好、生产性能相近的罗曼粉蛋鸡,随机分为6组(常温对照组、高温对照组及高温处理1、2、3、4组),对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理1、2、3、4组在基础日粮中添加剂量为3.32 g/kg的中草药复方,再分别添加0、5、10、15 g/kg剂量的生姜粉,测定不同剂量生姜粉与中草药复方联合应用对高温环境中蛋鸡生产性能和抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明:在生产性能方面,与高温对照组相比,处理1、2、3、4组平均日采食量分别显著提高了13.81%、22.65%、25.46%、24.58%;产蛋率分别显著提高了19.49%、21.67%、24.40%、23.66%;料蛋比均有所降低,但差异不显著;平均蛋质量分别显著提高了4.51%、3.33%、8.97%、6.44%。在抗氧化性能方面,与高温对照组相比,处理1、2、3、4组血液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性分别显著提高了37.84%、45.95%、44.59%、35.14%;过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性分别显著提高了22.92%、17.50%、17.50%、20.00%;总抗氧化能力(T-AOC含量)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、NO含量均有所提高;丙二醛(MDA)含量分别显著降低了26.02%、28.05%、27.37%、23.98%。以上结果表明,不同剂量生姜粉与中草药复方联合应用均能起到抗热应激作用,提高生产性能,改善抗氧化机能,添加量以10~15 g/kg生姜粉与3.32 g/kg中草药复方配伍适宜。对生姜粉的添加剂量与生产性能拟合结果进行分析,推荐适宜配方为11.17 g/kg生姜粉与3.32 g/kg中草药复方配伍。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of different dose ginger powder combined with Chinese herbal medicine on performance and antioxidant ability of laying hens in high temperature,two hundred sixty-four 25-week-old Lohmann laying hens with similar weight and health condition were randomly divided into 6 groups (normal temperature control group,high temperature control group,high temperature treatment group 1,2,3,4).The hens in control group were fed with basal diet.The hens in treatment group 1,2,3,4 were fed with the basal diet added 3.32 g/kg Chinese herbal compound and 0,5,10,15 g/kg dose of ginger powder,respectively.The effects of different doses of ginger powder and Chinese herbal compound mixture on production performance and antioxidant ability of laying hens in high temperature were determined.The results showed that,compared with the high temperature control group,the average daily feed intake(ADFI) of laying hens in group 1,2,3,4 significantly increased by 13.81%,22.65%,25.46%,24.58%;the laying rate were significantly increased by 19.49%,21.67%,24.40%,23.66%;the feedegg ratios were decreased;the average egg weight were significantly increased by 4.51%,3.33%,8.97%,6.44%,respectively.In terms of blood antioxidant ability,the SOD activity of laying hens in group 1,2,3,4 were significantly increased by 37.84% 45.95%,44.59%,35.14%;CAT(catalase) activity were significantly increased by 22.92%,17.50%,17.50%,20.00%;the T-AOC (total antioxidant capacity),GSH-Px (glutathione peroxidase) activity and the NO (nitric oxide)content were inceased;the MDA (malondialdehyde) content were significantly decreased by 26.02%,28.05%,27.37%,23.98%,respectively.All kinds of ginger powder and Chinese herbal compound could improve the performance and the antioxidant function of hens in high temperature.An appropriate adding amount were 10-15 g/kg ginger powder and 3.32 g/kg Chinese herbal compound.The fitting model suggested that the recommended doses were 11.17 g/kg ginger powder and 3.32 g/kg Chinese hearbal medicine.
