棉花恢复系恢复能力与气象因子的相关性分析

为明确气象因子对棉花恢复系恢复能力的影响,调查了4个不同细胞核背景棉花不育系与同一哈克尼西棉恢复系杂交组合F_1代花粉育性,并检测气象因子,然后采用多重比较、相关分析、通径分析方法,分析棉花恢复系恢复能力与气象因子的关系。多重比较结果表明,不同棉花组合在不同时间的花粉育性恢复度受气象因子影响差异达显著水平。相关分析表明,花粉育性恢复度与日照时数(r=0.523**)、地面平均温度(r=0.457**)呈极显著正相关,与平均气温(r=0.395*)、最高气温(r=0.355*)、最低气温(r=0.367*)、蒸发量(r=0.344*)、地面最高温度(r=0.366*)、地面最低温度(r=0.406*)呈显著正相关。通径分析表明,最高气温、相对湿度对花粉育性恢复度直接影响较大但为负效应,而平均气温、地面最低温度和日照时数对花粉育性恢复度为正向效应,表明增高三者可以促进三系杂交棉组合育性恢复能力的提高。

Correlation Analysis beween Restoring Ability of Cotton Restorer and Meteorological Factors

In order to clarify the influence of meteorological factors on the cotton restoring ability of the restorer lines,four cytoplasmic male sterile lines were crossed with one restorer lines originating from Gossypium harknessii,and the pollen fertility of F1 was studied,the meteorological factors were detected.The relationship was analyzed between restoring ability of cotton restorer and meteorological factors by multiple comparisons,correlation analysis and path analysis method.Multiple comparison results showed that,pollen fertility restoring degree of different combinations was significantly affected by meteorological factors at different time.Correlation analysis results showed that the correlations between pollen fertility restoring degree and sunshine hours(r=0.523**),ground average temperature(r=0.457**) were extremely significant positive,and the correlations between pollen fertility restoring degree and average temperature (r=0.395*),maximum temperature(r=0.355*),minimum temperature(r=0.367*),evaporation(r=0.344*),maximum ground temperature(r=0.366*),lowest ground temperature(r=0.406*)were significant positive.Path analysis results showed that the influences of maximum temperature and relative humidity on pollen fertility restoring degree were larger and negative,and the influences of average temperature,minimum ground temperature and sunshine hours on pollen fertility restoring degree were positive,indicating that increasing the three factors could promote the recovery ability of combination of three-line hybrid cotton.
