城镇化的快速推进带来的城镇环境污染问题日益紧迫,城镇环境污染与片面追求经济增长的政绩观,城镇环境治理投入不足,保护机制缺乏密切相关。推进城镇化,要树立生态城镇发展观念,设置科学的地方政府考核机制,增加乡镇环境治理投入,优化城镇布局,实现城镇化与环境的协调发展。
