摘    要:在对HSK工具系统的结构进行分析的基础上,建立了HSK工具系统的力学模型。利用该模型,计算了许用承载,分析了实验结果,讨论了影响HSK工具系统精度、刚度的关键制造技术以及使用中应该注意的问题,提出了以动刚度特性确定HSK工具系统许用承载的观点。理论分析与实验结果的一致性表明建立的力学模型是合理的。

Abstract:To theoretically analyze the main factors influencing on the feature of HSK tool system and solve the problems in design, manufacture and use, a mechanical model of HSK tool system was established on the basis of constructional analysis of HSK tool system. By the use of this model, the allowable load was calculated and the existing experimental result was analyzed. The key manufacturing technique influencing on the accuracy and rigidity of HSK tool system were discussed. A new concept in which the allowable load should be determined by the use of the feature of dynamic rigidity was proposed. The consistency of theoretical analysis and experimental result shows that the mechanical model established in this paper is reasonable.
