摘    要:从蝴蝶兰软腐病病叶中,分离到菌株命名为R001,经形态观察、生理生化特性鉴定,初步确定为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonassp )的致病菌。回接试验结果表明,该菌具有较强的致病性。

Abstract:A new strain of pathogen , named strain R001,was isolated from soft rotted leaves of Phalaenopsis .The strain was characterized by morphologyical observation, biochemical and physiological identification and it was primarily ascertained as Pseudomonas sp..Re-inoculation. Result showed that the strain R001 had stronger phthogenicity.
