| Abstract: | Dengxiaoping's law thoughts haved distinctive characteristics and the spririt of the times. It stresses the concept of the rule by law in legal system and attaches the importance to the enviroment in improving the hominine quality construction.The thoughts obtain the effects from practice,show world visions itself. These four aspects are the essence of Dengxiaoping's law thoughts. |
