摘    要:以贮藏后期的新疆库尔勒香梨为试材,探究不同浓度臭氧(0(CK)、10.7、21.4、32.1 mg/m~3)处理对新疆库尔勒香梨贮藏品质调控的影响。结果表明,与CK组相比,10.7、21.4、32.1 mg/m~3臭氧处理组均能维持贮藏后期库尔勒香梨的可溶性固形物含量,提高果实的亮度,有利于抗坏血酸和可滴定酸的积累,抑制叶绿素的降解,同时抑制多酚氧化酶活性,增强过氧化物酶活性,其中10.7 mg/m~3臭氧处理组效果较好。

Effect of Ozone Treatments on Storage Quality of Korla Pear in Late Storage Period
Abstract:In this study, the effects of different concentrations of ozone (0 (CK), 10.7, 21.4, 32.1 mg/m3) on the storage quality of Korla pear were studied. The results showed that in comparation with CK group, ozone treatment with 10.7, 21.4 and 32.1 mg/m3 concentration respectively could maintain the soluble solid content, improve the brightness of the fruit, benefit the accumulation of ascorbic acid and titratable acid, inhibit the degradation of chlorophyll, inhibit the activity of polyphenol oxidase and enhance the activity of peroxidase of Korla pear in the later period of storage, among which the ozone treatment with 10.7 mg/m3 concentration had better effect.
