荔枝蝽卵跳小蜂生物学特性的初步研究

摘    要:在福州市郊 ,5月至 6月下旬荔枝、龙眼园中荔枝蝽卵被荔枝蝽卵跳小蜂寄生率可高达 54.51% -83.33% .荔枝蝽卵跳小蜂对寄主选择较为严格 .室内测定表明 ,其仅能寄生荔枝蝽卵 .在温度 ( 2 5± 1)℃、相对湿度 70 % - 85%的条件下 ,该蜂完成一个世代约需 18- 2 0 d,成虫羽化期 3- 4 d,第 2天为高峰期 ;可行两性生殖 ,其子代雌雄性比约为 13.1∶ 1.0 ,也可营孤雌产雄生殖 .产卵过程大致可分为接触寄主、触角敲击寄主、预备产卵姿势、产卵器刺入寄主、产卵器拔出、舔食寄主卵汁、刷洗蜂体和离开寄主等 8个步骤 .每刺探寄主一次平均产卵 4 .7粒 ,最多 12 .0粒 ,每次产卵时间最短 7min,最长 30 min

A preliminary study on the biological characters of Ooencyrtus phongi (Hymenoptera: Encyrtidae)

Abstract:In the suburbs of Fuzhou, the parasitic rate of Ooencyrtus phongi was in the range between 54.51% and 84.33% in litchi and longan orchards from May to late June. According to the indoor investigation, the egg of litchi stinkbug, Tessaratoma papillosa Drury, was the only host for O.phongi . Under the condition of (25±1) ℃ and 70%-85% RH, a duration of 18-20 days was needed for O.phongi to complete one generation, during which the emergence period was 3-4 days and the peak appeared on the second day. Under the normal conditions the sex ratio of the amphigony offspring of O.phongi was 13.1 ♀∶1.0♂; but under the unfavorable conditions all parthenogenetic offspring could be males. The oviposition process could be divided into eight steps including contacting host, drumming host by use of antennae, locating a host, pricking the ovipositor into the host, pulling out the ovipositor, licking the “juices” of the host eggs, washing body with antennae and prelegs, and leaving host. In each pricking, the average deposition was 4.7 eggs per female and the maximum was 12.0 eggs. The longest and the shortest time needed for each oviposition action was 7 and 30 minutes, respectively.
