摘 要: | 在传统的FSC赛车制作过程中,一般采用手动拉杆离合,而在传统机械机械装置基础上,采用电子控制进行离合控制,会提高车手的操作速度,在FSC赛事中体现出离合的智能性,故研究电动离合有着必然的趋势和必然性。文章将电子控制引入FSC赛车中,本项目系统采用摩托罗拉公司生产的飞思卡尔xs128处理器作为核心,前端使用拨片控制电位器作为输入传感器,将采集到的信号输入到微处理器中,使用PWM(脉宽调制)算法,对采集到的信号进行运算处理,输出运算结果(角度)控制舵机带动转盘机构等机械装置完成离合动作,实现FSC赛车的电动智能离合。

Abstract: | In traditional FSC car production process,generally USES the manual lever clutch,and on the basis of tradition-al mechanical machinery,the electronic control clutch control can raise the operating speed of the driver,and in FSC events re-flects the on-off intelligent,so the study of electric clutch has the inevitable trend and necessity.This article introduces the elec-tronic control in the FSC racing,the project system adopts produced by MOTOROLA company freescale xs128 processor as the core, front end use dial control potentiometer sensor as input,the collected signal input to the microprocessor,the use of PWM (pulse width modulation)algorithm,the collected signal processing,the output calculation results (Angle) control servo drive turntable institutions such as machinery complete on-off action,realize the FSC electric smart car clutch. |
