| 摘 要： | 以科技创新推进现代农业建设，实现农业生产的专业化、规模化、科学化和商品化是世界农业发展的历史趋势和时代潮流。文章首先分析了研究湖北省农业科技推广体制创新的必要性，然后探讨了湖北省农业科技推广的体制障碍，最后提出了湖北省农业科技创新体制建设的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Itˊs historical trend and times fashion to promote the construction of modern agricultural science and technology inno-vation,realize the specialization, scale, scientification and commercialization of agricultural production in world agriculture develop-ment.This paper first analyses the necessity of the research on agricultural science and technology extension system innovationin Hubei province,and then discusses obstacle in agricultural technology promotion system inHubei province,finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of agricultural science and technology innovation system of Hubei province. |
