摘    要:经过三十多年的改革开放的发展,我国的经济已经到了一个必须转型的关口,即由制造大国向智造强国迈进。随之而来的是对人力资源要求的改变即由粗犷型人才需求转向精细型人才需求。这一转变更加有利于职业学校的学生就业,如何把中职学校的学生培养成符合社会发展需要的人才呢?笔者认为当前职业院校的学生最迫切补充的一点就是“工匠精神”。文章通过四种途径探讨了如何把“工匠精神”融入中职教育。

Consolidate Foundation from “Workers” to “Craftsmen”---How to Put the “Craftsmanship” in Secondary Vocational Education
Abstract:Through 30 years'reform and opening up,the development of our country's economy has reached a mark which must be transformed,namely from the manufacturer to the smart power.Followed by human resource request changes from bully type talented person to fine talent.This shift is more conducive to the vocational school students employment,how to cultivate secondary vocational school students to meet the needs of social development The author proposes that the current vocational college students should be supplementedby craftsmanship.In this paper,four kinds of ways to explore how to put the craftsmanship into the secondary vocational education are proposed.
