| 摘 要： | 文章从专业人才需求出发，经过岗位分析，进行专业定位和人才培养模式选择，之后论述了建筑行业内应用电子技术专业人才培养体系的构建，实践表明课程体系、实训环境、教学团队三个方面的建设对人才培养质量的提高至关重要。

| Abstract: | This paper begins with the demand for professional talents and analyzes professional orientation and talent cultiva-tion mode choice.then it discusses electronic technology talents cultivation system within the construction industry.The practice shows that curriculum system,training environment, and teaching team construction of talent cultivation are important to improve the quality. |
