三叶鬼针草中黄酮甙对烟草花叶病毒的抑制作用

摘    要:测试了从三叶鬼针草中提取的黄酮甙对烟草花叶病毒(Tobaccomosaicvirus,TMV)的抑制作用.结果表明:黄酮甙对TMV具有明显的体外钝化作用,其质量浓度为100μg·mL-1时,对TMV的抑制率为91.3%,但对烟草体内病毒复制无显著的抑制效果;聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳显示黄酮甙与病毒外壳蛋白混合的泳带比对照明显滞后,表明黄酮甙可与TMV外壳蛋白结合,透析或萃取可使这种结合解离,使病毒恢复侵染力,说明黄酮甙对病毒无直接杀灭作用;用黄酮甙处理过的普通烟叶片,12h后接种病毒,可阻抑病毒初侵染,延迟病害症状的出现.

The inhibition effect of flavonoids extracted from Bidens pliosa L. on TMV
Abstract:The anti TMV activities of flavonoids extracted from Bidens pliosa L. were determined. The results were as follows: infectivity of Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) in Nicotiana glutinosa was strongly inhibited by flavonoids from B. pliosa L.; the inhibition rate was 91.3% after incubated with flavonoids at 100 μg·mL-1, but it could not inhibit multiplication of TMV in the infected leaf discs; the flavonoids could bind TMV coat protein based on routine PAGE; the infectivity of TMV could be recovered by dialyzing from incubations with flavonoids or extracting flavonoids from virus particles; the flavonoids had no direct viricidal effect; flavonoids could reduce infectivity of TMV and retard symptom expression if sprayed in N. tobacum at the time of 12 h before inoculation.
