| 摘 要： | 本文用ＣａＯ２、Ｈ２Ｏ２及ＣａＣｌ２＋Ｈ２Ｏ２混合处理苜蓿种子。结果表明：三种处理均能提高种子活力．加快萌发．尤其以混合处理最显著。萌发期间的代谢效应研究表明：三种处理能明显提高呼吸作用，提高淀粉酶、转氨酶及过氧化物酶的活性。 |

| Abstract: | This paper dealt with pretreatment of Luccrne seeds with CaCl2,H2O2 and CaCl2+H2O2. The result showed that3 types of pretreatment increased the vigor of seeds and germination of seeds was accelerated. The prctreatment with CaCl2+ H2O2 was the best. During germination, respiration, amylases activity and transatninase activity were all increasedthrough these pretreatments. |
