| 摘 要： | 概述了我国农机购置补贴的实施现状、政策规定及主要渔业机械产品目录,展示了自2004年实施农机补贴以来,农机补贴政策的实施在渔业优化装备结构、提高渔业化发展水平、促进渔业稳定发展和农民持续增收等方面的显著作用。并通过上海这个窗口,探讨了上海市渔业机械产品纳入农机补贴的可行性,提出补贴目录框架设想,为促进渔业机械行业的可持续发展提供了可行性方案。 |
