发展江西食品工业的初步思考

江西发展食品工业具有许多的有利条件，同时也面临着一些困难和问题。要把江西建成食品工业大省，必须抓住机遇，扬长避短，理清思路，采取切实有效的措施。当务之急：一是要尽快制订行业发展规划，做到统筹安排、整体推进；二是要实施名牌战略，大力发展名牌规模经济；三是要积极开拓市场，努力搞好食品的销售；四是要密切工农衔接，发展规模化、区域化优质农产品生产基地；五是要加强领导、形成合力，加速江西食品工业发展。

A Primary Idea about Promoting Food Industry of Jiangxi

This paper analyzed the favourable condition and existing difficulty in developing food industry of Jiangxi and pointed out that the key to making Jiangxi become a strong province in food industry lay in grasping the opportunity, making best use of the advantages and bypassing the disadvantages, getting the ideas into shape and taking practical and effective measures. Among the tasks of top priority,the first is to work out a plan of the industry development and make overall arrangements and advancement, the second is to implement famous brand strategy and devote major efforts to developing the economics of scale of famous brand, the third is to actively exploit the markets and do well in food marketing, the fourth is to dovetial agriculture and industry and build the regional base of producing agricultural quality products , the fifth is to strengthen the lead and make a concerted effort in order to speed up the development of food industry in Jiangxi.
