| Abstract: | In programs of education and training of administrators, institutions of higher learning rely mainly on their own teachers, who engage in general higher education. Such a system has its prominent features and advantages. However, there are also some weak points. Teachers are the key factor to ensure the quality of education, so we must do a good job in constructing the teacher resource in order to improve the quality of the administrator education. |
