| 摘 要： | 在石油产品的交易过程中,罐车油品交接计量及理赔是非常重要的一个环节,罐车油品计量的准确度直接影响企业的经济效益.针对低、中、高粘度油品的罐车计量误差和由计量误差产生的索赔量等问题,给出了实用计算公式.该计算公式可以准确确定罐车的实际装油量和理赔油量,有效降低企业的经济损失.

| Abstract: | The custody transfer metering and adjustment of products for railroad tanker is one of the most important links in the chain of trade of petroleum products,and the metering accuracy of products will be directly related to the profits of petroleum enterprises.The problems on metering error of railroad tanker for products with different viscosities and adjustment induced from the metering error are analyzed.This paper lists the practical equations,which can be used to accurately calculate the actual loading volume adjustment volume.With the equations,the economic loss can be effectively reduced. |
