硅对小麦种子萌发代谢的影响

摘    要:用不同浓度硅 (Na2 SiO3)溶液处理小麦种子研究其萌发代谢状况 ,结果表明 :Si浓度在 1.0~ 2 .5mmol/L的范围内 ,能促进小麦种子萌发 (萌发过程中淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性提高 ) ;促进呼吸代谢 ,提高种子发芽率和增加单株鲜重

Abstract:Wheat seeds of Wanmai 38 were treated with different concentration of silicon (Na 2SiO 3). The research on emerging metabolize showed that silicon can promote activity of amylase, protease and lipase. Meanwhile it can improve respiration metabolism and increase germination ratio of emerging and add the fresh weight of single seedling.
