冷压时间对小麦秸秆砌块变形量的影响规律研究

摘    要:在实验室条件下,按不同的冷压时间压制了6种小麦秸秆砌块,并对其尺寸变形量进行了研究。小麦秸秆在成型过程中主要发生压缩变形、弹性恢复变形、固化变形、蠕变变形和干缩变形;冷压时间相同时,砌块高度方向的变形量比长度和宽度方向的变形量大;冷压时间不同时,冷压时间与高度方向的变形量呈线性负相关关系。

Affection of Cold Pressing Time to Deformation of Wheat-fibre-bricks

Abstract:The relative dimension change of the lime - slurry - and - wheat - fibre - bricks, which were manufactured with six kinds of cold pressing time was studied in the laboratory. There were five kinds of deformation, which were compression deformation and elastic deformation and cluring deformation and creep deformation and dry - shrink deformation, in the shape process of the wheat - fibre - bricks. The results showed that the height - dimension change were the most to the three - direction change when cold press time was same. On the other hand, height - dimension changes were negative linear relationship with cold pressing time.
