油菜田间蜘蛛的空间分布型及抽样技术的研究

本文利用Ｉｗａｏ法及Ｆ测验等方法，对菜缢管芽天敌─油菜田间蜘蛛的空间分布型进行分析，得出其分布为聚集分布。由于所有的种群群聚均数都小于２，说明油菜田间蜘蛛的聚集分布是受蚜虫分布的影响，而不是蜘蛛才身行为所决定的。同时本文对蜘蛛的田间抽样技术也进行了初步研究，为合理利用天敌资源，科学防治蚜虫提供依据。

Study on the Spatial Distribution Patterns and Sampling Techniques for Spiders in rape Fields

Iwao method and Ftest were used in this paper to analyse the spatial distrbution of the spiders in rape fields.All indices inicated and aggregated distribution of spiders. All evenness indices of aggregation for the populations (λ)were less than 2. The spider distribution was considered to be caused by the aphid distribution for spiders in the rape fields,not by the behaviour of the spiders. The sampling techniques have been suggested in this paper.
