塑料大棚培育青蛤种苗的技术探讨

摘    要:2003年冬季,采用塑料大棚培育青蛤种苗。通过试验比较,试验池的水温比对照池水温平均高8.86℃,种苗生长速度比对照池种苗生长速度快2~5倍;当水温达到15℃以上时,种苗生长的速度加快,月平均生长速度较对照池快6倍以上。在相同温度条件下,投放同规格的青蛤种苗,低密度组的生长速度比高密度组的生长速度快1.5倍左右。结果表明,冬季采用塑料大棚,投放适宜的密度,可使青蛤种苗提前2个多月达到规格要求,缩短培育周期,为贝类种苗培育提供了新的培育途径。

Abstract:Seed rearing of Cyclina sinensis was conducted in the plastic greenhouse in winter 2003. This technique can make the seeds of hard clam get to demand ahead of schedule. When the water temperature in the plastic greenhouse is 8.86℃ in average higher than the temperature of water in nature, the growth rate in the plastic greenhouse is two to five times faster than that out of the plastic greenhouse. When the water temperature reaches over 15℃, the growth of seeds speeds up,and the monthly average growth rate is 6 times faster than that of the control.Under the same temperature,when stocked the same size of seeds the growth rate in the group of low density is 1.5 times faster than that of the group of high density.The result shows that when stocked with suitable density in winter, the seeds of Cyclina sinensis can reach the demanded size more than two months ahead of time in greenhouse. This technique provides a new way to the seedling rearing of Cyclina sinensis.
