Abstract:In this study, 127 lines of F2:10, F2:11 and F2:12 recombinant inbred lines constructed by Dongnong 46 and L-100 were used as the materials and the two phenotypic traits related to soybean hard seededness were investigated, combined with three years, five sites and four seed soaking times.The inclusive complete interval mapping(ICIM) method in IciMapping 4.1 software adopted for QTL mapping and analysis of additive effect. The results showed 26 QTLs related to soybean hard seededness were detected on 10 chromosomes, with the contribution rate ranging from 5.29% to47.31%. Eight QTL loci, qHS-2-1 and qWAS-2-1, qHS-2-2 and qWAS-2-2, qHS-4-2 and qWAS-4-1,qHS-13-1 and qWAS-13-3, overlapped in the two traits, respectively. The average contribution rate of qHS-2-2 and qWAS-2-2 was the highest, which was greater than 25%. A total of 51 QTLs for additive×additive epistatic interactions were detected, and the range of the contribution rate was 1.01%-8.40%.
