摘    要:选用大果沙棘(向阳、楚伊、浑金、中俄杂交、中国无刺5个品种)的插条,使用植物生长刺激素:吲哚乙酸、α-奈乙酸、生根剂、吲哚丁酸进行处理,筛选提高插条成活率的最佳试剂和在高海拔(西宁)地区生长的最佳品种。试验结果表明:在5个品种中,浑金的地膜嫩枝扦插最易成活,向阳和楚伊的扦插成活率较差,而中俄杂交和中国无刺的扦插最不易成活;不同品种在各种刺激素处理下,吲哚丁酸和生根剂的处理效果最好;向阳品种在不同浓度吲哚丁酸处理下,在50mg/L浓度下成活率最佳。
