摘    要:澳洲坚果果树广泛种植于多个国家,其果实是优质食品,具有重要的营养价值,备受人们喜爱。我国是世界澳洲坚果第一种植大国,但与国外相比,我国澳洲坚果果园的施肥管理及诊断技术存在多种问题,尤其是施肥配比和施肥方法极不合理,不仅限制了澳洲坚果的产量,而且显著降低了坚果的品质。目前,对于澳洲坚果果树种植来说,土壤、叶片营养特性以及施肥管理技术的系统性研究很少。本文综合了国内外的最新研究进展,系统总结了我国澳洲坚果的施肥管理问题,并综述目前澳洲坚果存在的土壤及叶片营养诊断问题,及叶片缺素症状的解决措施。

Nutritional%20Characteristics%20and%20Fertilization%20Management%20of%20Macadamia
Abstract:Macadamia%20is%20widely%20planted%20in%20many%20countries.%20The%20fruit%20is%20a%20high-quality%20food%20with%20important%20nutritional%20value%20and%20is%20loved%20by%20many%20people.%20China%20has%20the%20largest%20planting%20area%20of%20macadamia%20in%20the%20world.%20Compared%20with%20other%20countries,%20there%20are%20many%20problems%20in%20the%20fertilization%20management%20and%20diagnosis%20technology%20of%20macadamia%20in%20China,%20especially%20the%20unreasonable%20fertilization%20ratio%20and%20method%20which%20not%20only%20restrict%20the%20yield%20but%20also%20decrease%20the%20quality%20of%20the%20nut%20significantly.%20At%20present,%20there%20are%20few%20systematic%20studies%20on%20the%20nutrition%20characteristics%20and%20fertilization%20management%20techniques%20of%20the%20soil%20and%20leaves%20of%20macadamia.%20Based%20on%20the%20new%20development%20of%20domestic%20and%20foreign%20research,%20this%20study%20systematically%20analyzed%20the%20main%20nutrition%20problems%20in%20macadamia%20production,%20and%20put%20forward%20the%20strategies%20and%20technical%20approaches to optimize%20the%20nutrient%20management%20in%20view%20of%20the%20current%20fertilization%20and%20leaf%20nutrition%20diagnosis%20in%20macadamia.
