试论影响西部高职学院辅导员队伍建设的因素及对策

中共中央国务院《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》和教育部《普通高校辅导员队伍建设规定》中对高校辅导员队伍的建设做出明确的要求。对于西部地区的高职学院来说,由于处在经济欠发达地区,在辅导员队伍建设上受到制约的因素比较多,建设符合要求的辅导员队伍存在一些困难。西部地区高职学院要在困境中寻求突破,从实际出发,建立符合政策规范,符合自身实际的高素质辅导员的队伍,充分发挥辅导员的优势,做好学生教育管理工作。
