传染病法氏囊病毒基因组、蛋白和分子致病机理研究

摘    要: 近年来,由于分子生物学技术的发展,传染性法氏囊病(IBD)的得到了较好的控制。但传染性法氏囊病是一种主要传染幼鸡和雏火鸡的急性、高度接触性、杀淋巴细胞性疾病,可引起免疫抑制进而混合感染或继发感染其它传染性疾病。因此,该病仍引起有关学者的关注。该病由传染性法氏囊病毒(IBDV)引起。主要对该病毒的基因、蛋白及其分子致病机理研究的最新进展进行综述。

Abstract:Infectious bursal disease(IBD) is an acute,highly contagious and immunosuppressive disease caused by Infectious bursal disease virus(IBDV) which mainly infects chicks or young turkeys.At present,the IBD was tightly checked due to the application of the state of art,advanced molecular biological techniques in this field.But the immunosuppression initiated by IBDV leads the viral hosts to become increasing susceptible to other pathogens,and reduces the growth rate of the survived infected animals,which is still be pinpointed by many expert in veterinary sciences.In this article,the up-to-dated situation in understanding of the IBDV's genome structure,proteins and the molecular basis of IBDV's pathogenesis are briefly reviewed.
