高等农业院校公共管理类卓越农村人才培养课程体系改革研究

当前，我国高等农业院校公共管理类专业普遍存在专业课程同质性特征明显、专业能力培养课程设置不足、实践课程教学质量较差、课程教材建设严重滞后等问题。湖南农业大学人文学院充分挖掘本校课程资源，科学确定课程体系改革目标，顶层设计课程体系改革方案，不断彰显课程体系特色，建设系列实践课程教学基地，积极探索创新课程教学模式，有效推动课程体系改革，取得显著的社会效益和良好的办学声誉。

On Reforming Distinguished Rural Public Administrative Talents Cultivation Course System at Agricultural Universities

At present, the major courses of public administration at agricultural universities in China are blemished by the problems such as uniform structure, weak professional skills training, ineffective practice teaching, and lagged course development. The College of Humanities of Hunan Agricultural University gathered the course resources of the university, redefined the reform objectives of course system, redesigned the top-level course system reform plans, highlighted the course characteristics, constructed a series of practice teaching bases, explored the innovative course teaching model, and boosted the social effect and prestige of the university.
