| 摘 要： | 软件质量是软件产品满足使用要求的程度。软件质量保证(SQA)是建立一套有计划、有系统的方法,来向管理层保证拟定出的标准、步骤、实践和方法能够正确地被所有项目采用。文章从软件质量、软件质量保证入手,研究了软件质量保证的三个作用。
