| 摘 要： | 为研究分析长江铜陵地区紫薄鳅染色体的数目及核型，以紫薄鳅头肾为材料，采用植物血凝素(PHA)和秋水仙素体内直接注射培养，空气干燥法制片制备紫薄鳅染色体标本，对紫薄鳅的染色体核型进行分析。核型分析的结果表明：紫薄鳅二倍体染色体数目为2n=50，核型公式为：6m+10sm+8st+26t，臂数为66。研究结果丰富了紫薄鳅细胞遗传学参数，为紫薄鳅杂交育种提供理论依据。 |

| Abstract: | To study the chromosome number and karyotype of Leptobotia taeniops,Leptobotia taeniops was involved to make chromosome samples through invivo direct injection culture method of phaseolus vulgaris agglutinin（PHA）and colchicines and air drying method.The total chromosome number of the fish was 50,the karyotype formula was 2n=6m＋10sm＋8st＋26t,and NF=66.No visible evidence was found on po1yploidyc hromosome and sex chromosome.This study provided Leptobotia taeniops with cytogenetics paramete,and offered a theoretical basis for Cross breeding of Leptobotia taeniops. |
