| 摘 要： | 以葫芦岛地区4个常规气象观测站和71个加密自动站的气象要素实况数据为基础，结合防汛抗旱指挥部、统计局和灾情报表的灾情数据进行综合分析，并采用旱涝指数、作物旱象特征、时段降水指标、连续无雨日数4个指标对干旱程度进行分级评估。结果表明，2009年连山、建昌、南票发生的夏秋连旱属1959年有气象记录以来最严重一年；旱情最严重时段出现在8月份，受灾程度最重的地区为连山区、建昌县。

Analysis on Drought Extent in Huludao Region in Summer and Autumn of 2009 |

| Abstract: | Based on the observation data from 4 manual observation stations and 71 surface automatic meteorological stations in Huludao region,adopting flood and drought index,crop feature of drought,precipitation index in time period and the days of rainless duration,combining with the disaster data of Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters,Bureau of Statistics and disaster situation report,the grading evaluation was made on the drought extent.The results showed that the drought from summer to autumn in Lianshan,Jianchang and Nanpiao in 2009 was the most serious since 1959.The most serious period of drought was August.The most serious regions of drought were Lianshan Region and Jianchang County. |
