摘    要:长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是一种长度大于200个核苷酸的RNA调控分子,它存在于细胞核和细胞质中,不具备蛋白编码能力,可以被剪切,以RNA的形式调控基因表达,并参与细胞内多种生物学调控过程。本文主要综述了lncRNA的作用机制及生物学功能、lncRNA在卵母细胞成熟过程中的研究,为进一步探讨lncRNA调控卵母细胞成熟提供理论依据。

Abstract:Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) is a kind of RNA regulatory molecule which is longer than 200 nucleotides. It was found in nucleus and cytoplasm. It has no protein coding ability and can be cleaved. It regulates the expression of genes in the form of RNA and participates in various biological regulation processes in cells. In this paper, the action mechanism,biological function and studies on the oocytes maturation of lncRNA were summarized, in order to provide some theoretical basis for further study of lncRNA regulation of oocyte maturation.
