海洋红酵母菌和枯草芽孢杆菌对蛋雏鸡生长性能、肠道形态和免疫功能的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中单独或联合添加益生菌对蛋雏鸡生长性能、肠道形态和免疫功能的影响。选用396只1日龄海兰褐蛋雏鸡,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复33只,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加1×10^8 CFU/kg海洋红酵母菌、1×10^10 CFU/kg枯草芽孢杆菌和复合益生菌(1×10^8 CFU/kg海洋红酵母菌+1×10^10CFU/kg枯草芽孢杆菌)。试验期28d。结果表明:与对照组比,添加复合益生菌能提高蛋雏鸡15~28和1~28日龄的平均日增重并降低15~28日龄的耗料增重比(P<0.05);复合益生菌组蛋雏鸡十二指肠和空肠的绒毛高度及绒腺比提高(P<0.05);复合益生菌组蛋雏鸡血清IgA、IgG含量提高(P<0.05);复合益生菌组空肠IL-4、IL-6 mRNA相对表达量提高(P<0.05),海洋红酵母菌组空肠IL-4mRNA相对表达量提高(P<0.05),枯草芽孢杆菌组空肠IL-6mRNA相对表达量提高(P<0.05)。综上,饲粮中添加复合益生菌可有效提高蛋雏鸡的生长性能、改善肠道形态,并增强免疫功能。

Abstract:A total of 396 1-day-old Hyline brown egg type chicks were used to investigate the effect of dietary inclusion of Bacillus subtilis and Rhodotorula benthica, individually or in combination, on growth performance, intestinal morphology and immune function. Egg type chicks were divided into 4 groups randomly, each group has 3 replicates and each replicate included 33 egg type chicks. The control group, was fed a basic diet. While the experimental groups were fed the basic diet with Rhodotorula benthica(1×10~8 CFU/kg), Bacillus subtilis(1×10~(10) CFU/kg), and compound probiotics(adding two bacteria according to 1×10~8 CFU/kg + 1×10~(10) CFU/kg). The test period was 28 d. The results showed that the average daily gain of egg type chicks in group compound probiotics was higher than that in group Con(P<0.05) at 15 to 28 d and at 1 to 28 d, and the ratio of feed to gain was lower than that of group Con(P<0.05) at 15 to 28 d; The villus height, and villus height/crypt depth in duodenum and jejunum of groups compound probiotics were better than that in group Con(P<0.05); the content of immunoglobulin A and G in egg type chicks serum in group compound probiotics were higher than that in group Con (P<0.05); the relative expression of IL-6 and IL-4 in jejunum of group compound probiotics were higher than that in group Con (P<0.05), the relative expression of in IL-4 jejunum of group Rhodotorula benthica were significantly higher than that in group Con (P<0.05), the relative expression of IL-6 in jejunum of group Bacillus subtilis were significantly higher than that in group Con (P<0.05). In conclusion, adding combination probiotics in diet could effectively improve the growth performance, intestinal morphology and immune function in egg type chicks.
