机械整形对套损井水泥环的损伤分析

深入地分析了碾压整形与冲击整形的力学原理。在准静态的前提下,建立了碾压整形力学模型。根据应变协调条件,推导出了套管、水泥环及地层的受力计算公式。以冲击动力学和应力波传播理论为基础,建立了冲击整形的力学模型,较为准确地描述了水泥环中的应力分布。采用损伤力学的研究方法对冲击整形和碾压整形中水泥环的破坏问题进行了研究。根据上述理论,编制了计算软件,并计算了实际整形井,计算结果与测试结果吻合较好,证明了该模型的正确性。

Damage of Cement Loop by Mechanical Truing of Casing Wells

The impact truing and roll performance were analysed with mechanics principles. Mechanical models of roll performing were established under quasi-static conditions. Formulas of casing, cement loop and stratum under force and deformation states were derived according to coordination condition. A mechanical model of impact truing was set up based on the theory of impact dynamics and stress wave spreading, and stress distribution was described accurately. The damage of cement loop was studied in detail by damage mechanics. A set of calculative software was programmed in terms of the above-mentioned theories, and the actual truing wells were calculated. The calculative result coincides with the testing results, which proves the validity of the model.
