云南软米直链淀粉含量遗传分析

摘    要:
应用胚乳性状遗传模型,采用单粒法对云南软米品种毫屁和非软米品种桂朝2号直链淀粉含量(AC)的遗传规律进行研究.结果表明,毫屁和桂朝2号杂交,F_2代表现出高直链淀粉含量对低直链淀粉含量呈3∶ 1分离,与软米特性有关的低直链淀粉含量基因受1对隐性主效基因控制.除主效基因控制外,还有部份修饰基因作用.

Abstract:
The genetic model for endosperm was used to investigate the inheritance of amylose content(AC) of soft rice Haopi and Guichao 2 form Yunnan,in China, with single grain analysis. The results were as follow: in cross of Yunnan soft rice Haopi and Guichao 2, the frequency distribution of F_2 was normal distribution, indicating that gene controlling amylose content of Yunnan soft rice was allele. Low amylose content from Haopi were controlled by one recessive major gene. Meanwhile, there should exist modifying gene besides major gene.
